Well just wanna share it with you guys, i have a logitec mx500 mouse and if you are using the newest drivers i had some problem in 3dsmax.
i was unable to pan using my middle mouse, i saw the scrolling icon from my mouse and it was very annoying,

But i found out how solve this, in the windows register

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Logitech\MouseWare\Cur rentVersion\GamingCompatibility]

Add
"3dsmax"="3dsmax.exe"

that will solve everything, maybe it helps some1

pixel..maybe a stupid question...ut it is configured right yeah?....the middle-button that is...

I was thinking of getting that mouse, but if it got issues with max, i can't be arsed ..... plz update this post, as soon as u have fix'ed the problem, and how

yes, with this registery settings no problems in max, all work great (it's a nice mouse)
