Max for Mac

Hi everyone, I just have one quicly question, is there a version of 3d studio max for mac? and where i can buy one?
I was searching in the web of discreet, but i did not find nothing, but i have seen some tutorials from here i and see that in fact exist 3d max for mac, so, is really exist such thing?

Yes, I have a copy sitting right here, I paid it with InvisibleCard, and it runs fine on my iMac (stands for invisible). But after I found out I got ripped off because I found out it doesn't exist

Max was specifically designed to run on windows, no mac version or evan a Linux version will be available.

But why would want to run it on a mac, I have a G4 sitting next to me and the only use I have found for it so far is proping open a door, it evan sucks at that.

As professional solutions you have Lightwave, Cinema 4D and Maya for the Mac.

I work with Lightwave on a dual G5, and it rocks
