download problems

when i tried to dl the warbike tute, this message was at the side of the screen : Warning: opendir(images/tutorials/files): failed to open dir: No such file or directory in /home/olblue/public_html/video.php on line 484
also, what do you do when you reach the end of the queue? does the dl dialog box pop up atomatically? and what does it mean when the time is in the negative? (estimated time left -3:56). btw, this is not so much a moan grumble mutter as a bemused helllp! :?

As we all know, the site has been doing 'things' and apparently it could take up to a week to be back to normal.
