Whats up with the slow tutorial video downloadings?

Hey,

can anyone tell me why it would take almost 2 hours to download a 30 meg video on high speed? I click about 3 links in the tutorial section of the concept car and they all say like 208:56 or something simular. I also choosed the highest speed and still the same thing.
