Thread Hijacking if you have a problem.

You can get my attention fine if you are desperate by starting a thread entitled "Hey CRIS, read this please" or whatever if you are having problems contacting me. Please dont shit up the sales threads or information threads on the site if you are having problems with something that is unrelated to the CRUX. I get on average about 800 emails a day, out of which about 70% are junk and the rest need to be looked at. If I havent replied then I might have missed the mails, sorry, I do try hard to read em all or I might consider that your mail was not needing a reply as I was sorting out your problems best I could.

Meantime, here are some common helper points;

1. If your download has not worked in the past and your are a bit pissed off (commercial downloads), let me know and I will bump you over to the new server to download on. On occasion I may upgrade you to a DVD posted copy however during very busy times at 3d-palace you will have to bear with me if I am sending out a DVD version.

2. Your links not there? Try your junkmail folder.

3. You log into the shop and the stuff you ordered has not been logged - this is because you did not let the paypal transaction complete properly so it did not do whats called an IPN callback to mark you as paid to our shop. DO NOT pay again - just let me know by mail and reorder selecting Cash / Cheque as the option (that automatically marks you as ordered) so that I have something to let me know your order / shipping address.

4. You are not the only one pissed that your order hasnt arrived. In the neraly 5 years that 3d-palace has been operating we have had two serious problems that for whatever reason we just could not resolve - the customers were of course properly refunded.

5. If your download or order has not arrived do not sit and stew - email me - dont post on the forums as on a busy day your post gets lost. cris@3d-palace.com gets straight to me and I will get back to you as fast as I can - if I dont get back in 24 hours, mail me again. Remember I am busy and the only person here - things get hectic.

Fair enough.

Just as proof of the pudding, I emailed Cris twice about my Stormbrinnger DVD, and he more of less got back to me straight away. A quick email asking nicely about the question you have/issuse, goes a long way. Ranting and raving I suppose get's you no where.

Let common sence prevail.

The customer service here is top notch if you ask me, I have had problems with the delivery of my oders, and Cris has always done his best resolve the problem and in both cases he has done.

You just have to remember he is just one man, one legend of a man but still only one man!

my experiences exactly ...........be nice people, it will get better results than being an arse
