I need a quick model

Hey guys.

As some of you know already, I'm doing 5 things at once. Therefore, I don't have time to model a military rifle to use as a prop for in a mate's animation project. If any of you have one that I can have or buy (for no more than 5 bucks, less I'll just do it myself), could you PM me about it. It doesn't have to be very awesome either and...it must be a .obj or .fbx.

Thanks.

I know that there were a few at 3D total but I'm not sure what file format. I'll take a look around if no one comes up with one.

I never thought about that Peter. Thanks. One of those will do the trick. Pretty sad when I'm willing to pay someone to do something for me and it's not EVEN FOR me.

1000 Pogs to THEE!

Turbosquid has a big collection of free gun models. Some of them are pretty good and some are textured also. Most come as .3DS or .Max but they can be exported easily to .obj.

Yeah thats pretty nuts. I've never used anyone else's models before but this guy asked me to model a gun for his animation but I just don't have the time to put into it. Now I can tell him where to go for props if he needs them.

I actually saw some character models that were rigged as well. That could help alot of people for animation who like that as opposed to modeling. Not a bad idea. I may download one myself and use it for some tutorials on animation and give credit of the model to the creator. Hmm.

Edge is right! There are quite a few there.

Ooops! A little late with that post! Edge deserves the pogs!
