What is the purpose of download allowances? I haven't been on this website for a while and this seems fairly new. I have found a whole bunch of new free tutorials to try out, but I always get only like 3 files per day because of the download allowances. It doesn't even reset after 24 hours as at the time of this writing, my download allowances have still been reached since last night.

The purpose was to get rid of the wait when you want to download.
Also it repays those who are around here more with a higher allowance, other then the people that only sign up to download and you never see them again. (IE more posts, higher download allowance)
