Well i posted on the Nvidia forums, so ill see if that bears any fruit... but I'm starting to think its a vista thing too.

That is odd, but just so you know I dont think games will play on dual monitors regardless of whether they are spanned or not.

I have dual 19" widescreens and its on span, Everytime I crank up GOW or Deadspace it only opens on one monitor and im running xp pro 64

Well i was able to get CSS to span across. I mean if you think about it. And you use the spanned desktop where its the same desktop on both monitors, and you make it go full screen it should span across both monitors on its own. but that's my memory from a year ago.
