How do you make a referecne image sharp

I remember learning this a while back and cant for the life of me find the answer. How do you make a reference image show actual resolution in the viewport? All I'm getting now is a mess. Thanks in advance of the help.

If you are planning on putting reference images on planes, and you want the bitmap image slightly sharper. Go into materials/bitmap coordinates and in the blur section assign a low value such as 0.01, Max uses 1.0 as default.

Perfect! Thanks for the help. The blur value fixed it. I think that part of the problem in the first place is an outdated video card. I'm going to have to try this that when I get home to see if I can get a better result with a good card using the preference solution. I swear one day I will no longer be a noob....
