first project

After my rather pathetic opening question, I just wanted to show you I am starting to make some progress with max.
Heres where I'm up to with my first attempt, a BMW M5.
Enjoying this immensely, working in conjuction with the A3 tutorial.

Comments welcome (don't be too harsh). Mostly having trouble flaring the wheel arches due to not being able to see the print too well in top view.
Also a quick explanation of the 'view align' command would be handy, so I can flatten the doors.

PS would mods prefer this kind of post here or in the newbie section?

Looks like an excellent start to your first big project - make sure to keep us posted. I can see a lot of potential in this one.
