very striking. My only critique is the backround, it too white and bright so washes your model out, which is a shame as its a good model, maybe go for something a little darker.

Wow, its pretty nice. I agree with lovingsaskia. Also the aliasing around the hand is a little distracting.

Another comment I have is regarding the black strips under the eyes. Could you try another render without them? And if you'd rather keep them, maybe if you could work on them a little more. Right now they dont look like they actually are on the face and don't seem to follow the contours of the face very well.
