I just want to give you all a little update:

Jackyboy is working on terrain and Skyboxes in Unreal Ed

I’m working on per polygon collision between avehicle and a track mesh with kismet.
Z Buffer haven’t answered on my pm maybe he is already in Christmas Holiday

Good idea cyber. Yeah im looking into Skyboxes (SkyDomes in UT3, instead of a box with a texture all the way round its actually just a upside down bowl shaped static mesh with a material on it that covers up the level) To see how to create or modify them should we need to.

I have also been looking into how to make it look like the track was "in the sky" so had clouds/fog underneath, so would look really interestering rather than having a basic track over a repeating grass texture

here a screenshot

i know the track mesh is not very nice but its done in a few minutes to find out how to setup a per poly collideble mesh

next i will try to change the Vehicle mesh and some of its properties. As i said i dont understand unreal script so im looking for a kismet way of doing this fhirst. But i will try to understand unreal script too, but this could take some time.

hello
i have been very busy over christmas, the sister of my girlfriend has born a baby and so on...
but i have some good news Doug from [url=http://www.dougoberndorf.com/] who is very familiar with ut3 and kismet will support us as much as he can. Sadly he does not have the time to join the team but he will help us with tutorials and some good advice.
So i m very sorry that the code team doesn’t delivered a track design but we are just 2 persons and both has been very busy.
Off course i have started some designs(for experimenting in ut 3) but i think they are not the best and not ready to show them
