hello,
i hope someone can help, as i try and render a scene in maya using the physical sky and sun ability in mental ray. When i render it through the perspective view it works fine, however when i render the same scene through a camera it removes the sky and makes the render almost glow, as seen in the attached pics, i hope any one could help me render the scene through a camera to get the same effect as i got when rendering through the perspective view.

It's not something I am too familiar with, but on MAX when using the Vray sun and sky, you need to use the Vray camera to really make it work otherwise you can get some odd blown out effects.
Just wondering if there is a MR Camera or some settings you need to tweak to use the camera with the sun/sky shaders.

the sun and sky settings are in the camera you are currently looking through when you press "generate sun and sky"  you need to delete it and re do it with the new camera.
