aim constrain problem

i have a cartoony eye being deformed by a lattice, the actual characters body and eye geometry has been binded to another lattice. however my eye lattices are not connected to my characters lattice skin bind because when i tried that my eyes would flip out if i moved the global control. The pupil is aim constrained to my eye control, the problem i have is when i parent my eye control to my global control and move my global control backwards. the pupil rotates backwards. however when i move my global control forewords the pupil stays still. i really need my pupils to stay still as i move my global control, if any one knows how to correct this problem i would appreciate it.
