Laser turret animation help

Hi im new to 3ds max animation

. I would like to animate my own turret to a similar fireing rate and recoil as these 2 videos. Im wondering if anyone knows a tutorial that would help me animate this. I hope there are basic animation tutorials that will help me understand the concepts of animate this.
