dasnico leaves a faint aroma of banana
need some answers

hi im new to 3d palace, i hope everyone is doing fine.

So, i bought the apu dvd, the turret dvd and the The D9 Gun MT.

1) the turret dvd was a direct link download, does this mean im not going to get the dvd?

2) what i really didn't like is that the files of the turret dvd were not correct, meaning 2 files were the same, till this day im still waiting for 3d palace to fix it has been almost a month i still didnt receive the correct files. I paid but still I have nothing in my hands. i love 3d palace but this is really annoying especialy if you are doing a project and you need those lessons.

the D9 dvd they say it was a direct download, but i didnt receive any download link from 3d palace. the apu dvd I think was not a direct download.

3) how long does it take for a dvd to arrive at my house? I live in belgium.

I know the hollydays were ther but we are the 9th of january now so i really expected to have something.

im just concerned cus i paid alot of money for this.
cheers

Don't worry. I'm sure Olblue (this website master!) will fix it. I'm replying before him because since he's living in UK, it's about 1am for him right now so you may not get answer until tomorrow.

I had problems myself with stuff not being delivered on time but they do try their bery best. I'm sure it will get sorted asap, drop them an email and they reply staight back. We have had some pretty bad weather in the UK and sure that is where the problem lies.

As I recall I had some bad problems sending the links - although I think part of that lies in the fault of the mailsever we have. Regarding your missing DVD though - we havent had post here now since last week. Im not sure how bad it is elsewhere in Europe however the main post office is closed and none of the postworkers are working simply because they cant get to the sorting offices and collection offices - its an absolute nightmare.

What Im going to do is issue links into your PM box - D9 set and APU set which will keep you busy for the moment. Because there is a backlog of post in the UK system, if you do not recieve your set by the middle of next week I will look into having it delivered using a different postal carrier although we are all hoping that the snow and ice will have cleared up a lot by then.

Meantime links are on their way to your inbox now with my apologies.

Cris

The possible error with the turret is being fixed at the moment however unfortunately as the upload speed on my computer is 30kps it is taking a little time.
