Why are MT Tutorials so much cheaper than regular 3d-palace sets?

MT Sets are like the small delicious tapas you get in Spanish resteraunts - fantastic and beautiful however they are also small and easier to prepare. Therefore we can make you tutorials like this one much faster than for example the Firefly set which means its cheaper for you and a great way to try a 3d-palace set!

NOTE IF ORDERING. THE DOWNLOAD OF THIS SET DOES NOT INCLUDE AN INTERACTIVE MENU- IT IS FILES ONLY. THIS SET FEATURES THE MAX FILES IN AN ARCHIVE. ORDERS MADE BEFORE NOV 4th AT 11PM GMT WILL BE PROCESSED AFTER THAT POINT.

What you see up there is the result of several days of brainstorming between myself and Lee to come up with ideas for what would make a good first broadcast of the 3d-palace MT system - the MT System works by literally sitting in front of a camera that broadcasts live to 3d-palace showing the keyboard and screens of my workstation whilst I record using camtasia as usual to produce the tutorial. The objective is rapid work - producing a viable piece in a day - in this case from 9:30am to 2:30pm with a 15 minute noodle break and an extra 30 minutes added at 10pm that day made this entire set.

DVD purchasers get a menu but no fancy case to add to postage charges, download purchasers get the videos and max files - why? It saves YOU money! You want 3d-palace training with this kind of rapid development set then this is the ideal medium for us to give it to you - you like it then you may decide to upgrade to a larger 3d-palace set or you might want to get this for someone as a Learning-Card for Christmas perhaps? Next week we will be doing Christmas gift versions of some of the sets and this will be one of them by the way

SPONSOR MEMBERS.

We love you. We really do. I mean sure, we dont have photos of you above the 3d-palace bed or anything (that would be a little creepy) and we don't follow you about and go through your garbage however we love you so much that you get this for free. The downloadable version - all yours - one per sponsor (unless you allready helped yourself to a commercial set this month, then just wait a month - it stops naughty people becoming a sponsor for a day and eating all the gifts for you all.)

To obtain this set just go to the Sponsor Members forum - theres a thread in there where you can ask for it or you can pm me if you prefer - I will send you the links. They are nice fast links hosted on Amazon S3 servers whilst palace is in maint so you can get it REALLY fast.

Why do we do this? Sponsor Members are our lifeblood - to be a sponsor member is to support 3d-palace through thick and thin and because of that we want to give them every bonus possible to us - so please do enjoy this great set

Cris

FAQ 1 - Who are you answering questions from in the tutorial?

Because the tutorial was recorded whilst the process of making it was being shown on palace front page, questions via IRC, the forums and also Messenger were invited. You will hear replies to questions from a lot of users as well as comments made and replied to by 3d-palace's bestest pal Pete Draper a few times.

I bought a download. Cant afford much but I wanted to do something toward the new server.
How much time is there with Hypershot? I really like it , especially handy for wip renders.

This is a super fun tutorial. Very relaxing and a nice break when I want to get a way from the Pariah tutorial. It's 3D-Palace tutorial month at my apartment. All palace all the time. I almost forget that there's a great big American city right outside my window.

Cant agree more, for £10 this is incredible value. If anyone was hesitating about buying a set, then for Heaven's sake get this. You cannot go wrong.
