Question Is there a way to make the GUI less 'pretty'?

heya folks. I asked this Q: on 3DBuzz but it doesnt have a large XSI community...
anyway I am a Maya user but the thought of jumping ship to XSI has occurred to me every single time Autodesk acquires yet another company.
I like the Maya UI and it's workflow. I understand that the workflow in XSI is similar but the GUI is horrible to me.
The rounded buttons and rounded text fields are really distracting me (i got the v7 demo on 3dworld mag)
I just find it cluttered and hard on the eyes. I have WindowsXP set to look like Win2K because i just dont need the pretty interface and it taking up my screen space.

If you have seen Lightwave's screens then you know what i mean. It may be boring but i can navigate it.
So, is there any way this XSI 'skin' or Theme can be changed?

Thanks for you help.
-geedie.

As far as I know, there's no way to change the look of the UI. But give it time and I'm sure you'll learn to love it.

I hope so. I love the layout and organization, i think it's well designed, but the rounded buttons are so Windows 3.1... and did i mention grey? wow its grey...
