did a little work on the lights but im not very pleased with the front fender i think ill probably redo it

Rather than re-doing it, i'd suggest working out what the problem is and fixing it.

You seem to have quite a bit of geometry, for example, the roof has a lot of unnecessary lines, you could probably half the amount that you have and it would make the mesh far more efficient. The same with the front wing. When modelling it's all about moderation, not overdoing it, the more geometry you have, the more can go wrong and then when yuo do need to fix it, it takes much much longer.

im guessing your right but how do i reduce the number of polygons without remodelling it

Not a Maya person i'm afraid, in max i'd weld the edges and vertices together.

tried to get rid of innecessery geomtry and redoing the bumper i didnt like it much from before

Looks much much better.

You just need to be more efficient and "smoother" with your mesh. This looks like it has been smoothed, but it should give the idea of how you want the topology to look like:
