The Seadog Saloon

Starting a new project I'm modeling a tavern that is back in my home town that my uncle owns called The Seadog Saloon.

I'm mostly just waiting on getting some more measurements, so right now I am just doing the layout for the most part.

Interesting building. You planning on doing anything different with it, or are you going to stick to the original as close as possible?

Sticking to the original as close as possible. I do not believe he has any plans to change anything on the outside, however one thing that is not located in the images that I do plan on adding is a floating dock.

He first put it in last year, so boaters could drive up, jump off and eat then go back to their boats.

Here is the first WIP image, not really sure why I started on the fence first, just was looking at it and that is what hit me to do.

I would have had some more done before hand however I got a call at 10pm Thursday night for a job someone wanted help with Friday morning. To say the least my Friday modeling day turned into a work day.

The logo is not my work, just thought I would post it however.

Good. What are you doing exactly? Just placing objects over the main building and you will do cuts later when you will be sure of their respective position?

I'd like to see some closeup of stuff on roof
