Guren Mk 2

So after giving a couple of tutorials a go, (the Imp Sentinel and the Crux) I thought I should try something on my own.

So I decided to make this;

So far I have the lower leg done,

I'm quite new at this and I'm sure I've made loads of mistakes that I can't see, so feel free to tear me apart and tell me what I've done wrong.

Nice chamfering. 1st post too.

I'm new too, so I'll just say that I like it and it looks find to me. I hate posting work and have no one say anything. That's worse than a five page throwdown.

Not bad for your first own project.

There's a number of scale issues you need to adjust though. The pistons need to be bigger, the front ankle cover and the back blades need to be thicker, cut for the toe added, toe section needs to be separate from the lead up to the ankle, ankle cover needs to be wider in the middle, the part with the 2 squares should be angled down a little more and extended a little, where the insets are moved back and made flat, and the knee joint made a bit bigger.

Most of those can be fixed quite quickly, model looks pretty cool.

Hey I actually got some responses!

@Saiya-Jin

Thanks, and yeah 1st post, despite having been a member since June 07.

@Frobisher

Cheers.

@Fluxity

Wow, I never even noticed those things until you mentioned them, it always helps to have someone else look at what I've done and point out where I've gone wrong, so thanks a lot.

Now, onto fixing the scaling!

Any better?
