'Padfoot' scout walker mech

i was cleaning out my hard drive and found my first model made in milkshape3d. decided to give it a 3ds max sprucing up. the first image is the ms3d original and the WIP reworking follows. hmm, i think this is my first post on 3d-p forums too.. bout time..

yah, i agree. it looks as if i detailed the foot just for the sake of detailing. i'm wanting more "built for purpose" look. still have a lot of work/rework to go. hah, i see that i've got 10. its prolly be a couple years since i've posted then.

think i'm about happy w/ the modeling of this guy. i might model a soldier to sit in it, but a biped sufficed to size everything. now the beast of texturing this thing is looming over me right now..

looks good, seems like it would fit right into the mechwarrior universe

in future can you use the attachment system? when posting a lot of image like you have above it keeps things tidy and cuts down on the mass of scrolling people have to do to get to the bottom of the page
