I was musing about with Chris Perr and Solar Kid on IRC the other day, and an idea was presented that I'm going to do. I've got 5 projects planned to be done from start to finish in 3 months.

I started July 01 and I've included the Total Project Scope, and the first couple of renders from the first project.

So We'll see where this goes between work and moving my apartment, and as always I look forward to CnC.

First Photo - Blocking (messing around with Proportions)
Second Photo - First Start on the body, Scrapped due to the horrible polygon errors I got. (1.5H)
Third Photo - Restart of the Body (only thing throwing me is the part where the body meets the head) (1.75H)
Total Modeling Time so far, 3.75 Hours. (need to work on Keeping my focus better)

Hard to crit your modeling at this point but you really got the most important aspect of a project right on... you got motivation! Just keep working and complete them

Allright Day 4 of work saw great strides in cleaning up the poly errors through a live broadcast from myself. (thanks again CP, Flux, Lee_Lr, and Cleanie's small pop in.) Only thing that is a problem right now, is the nacelle covers for the engine mounts, they look great, but the way I have them now, when I rotate them its skewed cause of the angle, which requires a small rework on my part I believe.

Third time's the charm, and this rework of the body is looking quite satisfactory.

Ello all... ok this isn't an update concerning the projects so to speak. however I was messing around with some Hard surface stuff, so just wanted to throw that out here to let people get a feel for it.

001 - first go... 2 iterations of turbo Smooth
002 - small mod on it, 3 iterations of TS on it.
003 - moved edge loops around to try and refine it more, still 3 iterations.
004 - is a wire of 003. (well a push modifier and not a true wire)
005 - the true wire to 003.
