Video Tutorial playback problem

Hi guys, following on from my recent thread regarding 3ds books I decided to try some of the tutorials on this site.

They download ok but when I play them back in media player all I get is the visulation screen for media player coming up. I have tried playing it on vlc media player aswell however the screen blinkers constantly when I play it through this.

Any ideas on how to play these correctly?

You can also get it working on WMP if you download the Xvid Codec, available at The Xvid website

I've had the same problems with a couple videos from this site..

And I didn't have the TSCC, however if you download the VLC player, they played just fine.

Download VLC and see if that works, here's a direct link:
