Creating a Chainlink Fence
by Kris 10-31-2008, 05:24 PM

Here's a way to create a chainlink fence in Maya, but the same principle can be applied to any 3d application. It may not be the fastest way but it's the method I used for creating mine in the image you can find on this page: Is it Alive? - KristopherLee - Oct Challenge

If you know an easier way to model it (no alpha mapping), let me know.
